If i want to get my order by mail, what is the charges?

For normal mail, it will be depending on the weight.
Ranging from s$0.80 and above.
For registered mail, there will be an additional of s$2.24 to the normal mail.
(eg. if the normal mail cost s$0.80, it will be s$2.24 + s$0.80= $3.04 ) What are the modes of payment?
Either bank transfer or cash.

Measurement & Quality

How do i get the measurement of my pets?

In order to find the right size of clothing for your dog, please used a measuring tape and measure around the neck, chest and the body length of your dog. After that, match it against the measurement chart in the product section.

Quality
All our goods sold here are brand new if not we will state which one is not. Cashzy Pets will ensure that the good(s) is not defects before selling. Rest assure that we will not sell you the used clothes. Even we wish to sell off, we will state and the price will be lower too.

Exchange & Refund

Can i exchange the sizes or refund?
Cashzy Pets do not have a refund policy. Please check fordefects onceyou receive your items. Please report to us within 48 hours, if there is any defects on manufacturing or sizes not suitable for you pets.
If the clothes do not fit, customer may exchange the item for another size if available, or if not, for another design or product of the same or greater value ( customer have to top-up price difference).
All items must be returned:
- in the original condition; with the wrapper
- odor free, unsoiled and without any animal hair on it.
However, it only applied to one time exchange for sizes. so it will be better that your can get the right size for your pets to save all this trouble. (:

* $2 fee will be charge for every exchange after 48 hours and it will be carried out through meet ups at our preferred location only.

Delivery

Can I request on an urgent delivery?
Yes, but it will depends on our stock availability. Urgent delivery will have an additional of S$15.

How long will it take for my items to be delivered?
It will be depending whether we will have the stock. If we have, most likely 1 to 4 days time(depend on what kind of delivery you want). If not, we will confirm with you on the availability of the stock again.
